Permit
Extensions and roof constructions have to meet the restrictions of the “Building law and regulations” (Bouwwet- en regelgeving). For an extension behind the house which is less than 4 meter does not need a permit. All other kind of extensions does. If your house is located in an area with “city view”, you always need a permit.
